Semiya paniyaram is a quick and instant breakfast or dinner recipe made with leftover semiya upma, Rava, and curd.

Ingredients
Leftover semiya upma 2 cups
Rava 1 cup
Curd ¾ cup
Water as required
Salt as required
To Temper
Onions 1 big finely chopped
Green chili 2 finely chopped
Oil 1.5 tbsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Curry leaves handful finely chopped
Coriander leaves 3 tbsp finely chopped
Instructions
Take semiya in a bowl
Add Rava to it.
Add curd, salt, and little water to it.
Mix and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Heat oil and temper with mustard and urad dal.
Once it browns add the finely chopped onions and green chilli.
Saute till nicely till onions browns and add finely chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
Add the tempering to the batter.
Add water to adjust consistency.
Heat the paniyaram pan and drizzle some oil on the holes.
Pour the batter into each hole and allow it to cook.
Carefully flip and cook till golden.
Semiya paniyaram is ready.
Notes
Adjust the amount of curd. You can replace it with curd entirely and skip water too.Use gingely oil for drizzling as it tastes goodYou can add grated carrot or other vegetables too.
