Sesame Noodles is quick and easy noodles made with veggies, sesame paste, sauces and tossed with sesame oil.

Ingredients
Noodles 100 grams or 1 small packet
Carrot ¼ cup
Capsicum ¼ cup
Cabbage ½ cup
Garlic cloves 2
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Sesame paste ½ tbsp
Chili flakes/Chili oil 1 tbsp optional
Pepper powder 1-2 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Peanut butter 1 tbsp optional
Vinegar 1 tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Salt as required
Instructions
Boil water in pan and cook noodles for 8-10 minutes according to the instructions in the packet. Add salt and 1 tsp of oil while cooking noodles.
Drain the water completely and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic.
Then add the chopped veggies.
Sauté nicely for few minutes till it is crunchy.
Then add sesame paste, soya sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, chili flakes and pepper powder.
Give a quick stir and add the cooked noodles.
Toss nicely till everything is combined
Delicious sesame noodles is ready.
Notes
You can add any veggies or meat of your choice. You can easily prepare sesame paste by roasting white sesame seeds and blending them along with sesame oil. You can use Chinese five spice powder or chili oil instead of chilli flakes. Adjust the sauces and sesame paste according to your preference. You can add 1 tbsp of peanut butter but I skipped it.
