Ingredients
Fish 150 grams
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
Garam Masala ¼ tsp
Salt as required
Egg 1
Bread crumbs as required
Instructions
Scramble the fish in a bowl and keep it ready.
Add red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and salt.
Mix nicely till everything is combined.
Make small cute little balls.
Take one egg in a bowl and mix it. Take bread crumbs in another box.
Dip each ball in egg first
Then dust it with bread crumbs
Repeat the same for all balls
Heat oil in kadai and fry the balls till golden.
Drain fish balls in tissue.
Serve it hot with tomato sauce
Notes
Tin fish will have some salt. Adjust the salt accordingly.
You can add shallow fry them or bake in oven too
