Simple Fish Balls recipe | Kids recipe

Learn how to make simple fish balls for kids in 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Fish 150 grams
  • Red chilli powder ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Garam Masala ¼ tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs as required

Instructions

  • Scramble the fish in a bowl and keep it ready.
  • Add red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and salt.
  • Mix nicely till everything is combined.
  • Make small cute little balls.
  • Take one egg in a bowl and mix it. Take bread crumbs in another box.
  • Dip each ball in egg first
  • Then dust it with bread crumbs
  • Repeat the same for all balls
  • Heat oil in kadai and fry the balls till golden.
  • Drain fish balls in tissue.
  • Serve it hot with tomato sauce

Notes

Tin fish will have some salt. Adjust the salt accordingly.
You can add shallow fry them or bake in oven too
