Boil hot water and soak the soya chunks for 10 minutes.
Drain and squeeze the soya.
Take rice flour, wheat flour, ginger garlic paste, salt, and pepper powder in a bowl.
Add little water, mix to form a thick paste.
Add soya chunks to it
Mix till it is nicely coated.
Preheat the air fryer at 190°C for 3 minutes. Place the marinated soya chunks in the basket.
Air fry them for 12-15 minutes till it is crispy. Shake the basket halfway through.
Alternatively, you can fry the marinated soya chunks.
Heat oil and add finely chopped garlic and green chilli.
Then add chopped onions and fry for 2-3 minutes till golden.
Next add soya sauce, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli powder, salt, pepper powder, and vinegar.
Sprinkle little water and sauce on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
Then add the soya granules to it.
Mix till it is combined and garnish with coriander leaves.
Air Fried soya Manchurian is ready. Enjoy it with fried rice.
