Strawberry Ice cream | No Churn Strawberry Ice cream Recipe

Learn how to make no churn strawberry ice cream with only three ingredients. You don't require ice cream maker or any fancy equipment.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry 20-25 or around 1 ½ cup puree
  • Heavy cream 2 cups
  • Condensed milk 1 cup

Instructions

  • Wash the strawberries, cut them and transfer to blender.
  • Puree the strawberries
  • Filter the puree and keep it aside. You can skip this step if you like to have some chunks of strawberries in ice cream.
  • Take cream and condensed milk in a bowl.
  • Wipe the cream and condensed milk mixture till it is thick. No need to be very stiff
  • Now add the strawberry puree and fold gently.
  • Transfer to freezer safe bowl and freeze it for 8 hours or overnight.
  • Scoop and serve strawberry ice cream stopped with strawberries or plain

Notes

you can skip the filtering and add small chunks of strawberries in ice cream.
You can add few drops of strawberry essence if you wish.
Sweet from condensed milk was enough. But you can taste and add some powdered sugar if you want it more sweet.
