Strawberry Ice cream | No Churn Strawberry Ice cream Recipe
Ingredients
- Strawberry 20-25 or around 1 ½ cup puree
- Heavy cream 2 cups
- Condensed milk 1 cup
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries, cut them and transfer to blender.
- Puree the strawberries
- Filter the puree and keep it aside. You can skip this step if you like to have some chunks of strawberries in ice cream.
- Take cream and condensed milk in a bowl.
- Wipe the cream and condensed milk mixture till it is thick. No need to be very stiff
- Now add the strawberry puree and fold gently.
- Transfer to freezer safe bowl and freeze it for 8 hours or overnight.
- Scoop and serve strawberry ice cream stopped with strawberries or plain
