Wash and take sweet potatoes in a pressure cooker.
Pressure cook them for 2-3 whistles.
Peel the skin of sweet potatoes and mash them nicely.
Add wheat flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and cumin powder to it.
Mix it nicely and sprinkle little water.
Knead to form a dough and add oil
Knead again for 5-7 minutes till the dough is soft.
Make small round balls from the dough.
Dust it with little flour and roll.
Roll them into medium-sized roti
Heat kadai and place the rolled paratha. Drizzle oil on the top.
Flip them and cook on both sides till golden.
Repeat the same for rest of the dough..
Serve them hot with raita, curd, pickle or any gravy
