Upma Uttapam Recipe | Leftover Upma Uttapam
Upma uttapam is quick and easy breakfast or dinner recipe which can be prepared with leftover upma.

Ingredients
Upma 11/2 cup
Rice flour 1 cup
Wheat flour ¼ cup
Onion 1 big
Green chillies 1 big
Cumin 1 tsp
Salt as required
Oil for drizzling.
Water 1 ½ cup + ½ cup for grinding
Instructions
Take upma in mixer.
Grind to smooth paste adding ½ cup water
Transfer to bowl and add rice flour and wheat flour
Add water and mix it to a smooth batter.
Then add onions, green chilli, salt and cumin.
Mix till everything is combined.
Heat dosa pan and spread the batter.
Drizzle oil and flip and cook till done
Serve it hot with sambar and chutney.
Notes
You can saute the onions and add them instead of adding raw.
