Upma Uttapam Recipe | Leftover Upma Uttapam recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. It is quick and easy breakfast or dinner recipe which can be prepared with leftover upma. Upma is one the most common breakfast and sometimes we always end up with leftover. I don’t like to keep in fridge, heat and eat as such as well as don’t like to waste the leftover food items so always make something out of it.

I have made some fritters or pakoda using leftover upma before and wanted to try something in low calories. Came across this recipe which gave me the idea and I made it as instant uttapam instead of grinding. It is very simple and made with easily available ingredients. Its my contribution to bi monthly event in  Healthy Wealthy Cuisines facebook group where group of bloggers will be posting on particular theme. Current theme is #LeftoverMakeover suggested by me. Check out what my bloggers friends have made using leftovers.
