Wash, peel the skin and chop all the vegetables.
Take all the vegetables along with sweet corn in the steamer.
Close and steam for 10 minutes till it is cooked.
Allow it to cool down and take in mixer.
Grind to coarse paste and take in the bowl
Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chaat masala, and cumin powder.
Then add maize flour to the mixture.
Mix nicely to form a sticky paste.
Then add bread crumbs to it and mix.
Grease hands with oil and shape the kabab onto the skewers or toothpick.
Similarly do the same for rest of the mixture.
Then preheat the air fryer for 200C for 3 minutes. Then grill the kabab in the same temperature for 12-15 minutes till it is crispy. Brush oil in between for even browning.
Heat oil in the pan and shallow fry the kabab till it is crispy and golden in color
Delicious veg seekh kabab is ready. Serve it with mint chutney.
