Heat oil, add all the veggies and saute in high flame for few minutes.
Then add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala.
Sprinkle water and allow it to boil.
Once it is cooked and all water is absorbed, switch off the flame.
Veg stuffing is ready.
Take Leftover roti and you can heat them a little.
Apply some green chutney on top of it.
Then add the veg stuffing.
Fold the bottom and then fold side as shown in the picture.
Then roll the rest to form wraps.
Wrap them in parchment paper or foil.
Veg Frankie is ready.
