Whipped Cream Frosting Recipe

Whipped Cream is used for decorating cakes, desserts or used for filling and piping

Ingredients

  • Whipping cream 2 cup
  • Powdered sugar 4 tbsp
  • Vanilla Essence 2 tsp

Instructions

  • Place bowl and whisk attachment in freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Take whipping cream in the bowl
  • Beat it till bubbles form and add sugar
  • Beat it till stiff peaks forms. If you lift the whisk attachment it will be stable. you can invert the bowl and see it doesn't fall
  • Whipped Cream should be used immediately. Otherwise it needs to be refrigerated. Use it to decorate your cakes or desserts.

Notes

Don't over beat the cream as it will tend to turn to butter.
Always keep the unused cream in fridge and use later.
I found it difficult to pipe when kept for long time outside.
Use gel colors instead of liquid color to color them
