Ingredients
Wheat flour ½ cup
Salt ⅛ tsp
Coconut oil 1 tbsp
Water 2-3 tbsp
Baking soda ⅛ tsp
Instructions
Take wheat flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl.
Mix it nicely till it is combined.
Add oil and mix it with your fingers so it looks like crumbs
Now add water 1 tbsp at a time.
Bring it together to form a dough
Roll the dough thin
Cut them as square or in any shape you like.
Arrange them in baking tray
Preheat the oven to 180 C and bake in same temperature for 7-10 minutes till it is done.
Cool them and serve.
Enjoy with hot cup of Tea/Coffee
Notes
You can add cheese to make cheese crackers.
Since crackers are thin, it will be baked fast. So keep an eye after 5 minutes.
