My first daughter deeksha likes crackers. She loves Marie biscuits, crackers and rusks. If you give her cream biscuits also she won’t touch it. So crackers is something I bake whenever she demands or for school snacks. My second daughter is exactly opposite to her.  She likes cakes, cream biscuits and chocolates.  I used coconut oil but you can use any oil or even butter. I always skip baking soda in my cookies recipes but for crackers since we use very less fat adding baking soda makes it crispy. Let’s see how to make these simple crackers.
