Take flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and sugar in a bowl.
Mix everything together and add curd.
Mix curd with flour and start adding warm water.
Bring it together to form dough and add oil.
Knead it for 5-7 minutes till the dough is soft and flexible.
Cover and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Take small ball, roll and flatten them in oblong shape.
Sprinkle kalonji seeds on the top and press with rolling pin.
Brush it with little water.
Heat kadai and place the naan with water side down.
Once it is cooked in high flame, transfer to wire rack and cook the other side in direct flame.
Once done remove and apply butter on the top.
Whole wheat naan is ready. Serve it with any gravy.
