Warm milk and add honey to it and mix till honey is dissolved.
Add yeast to it and mix.
Cover and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
After 10 minutes yeast mixture will be frothy. This shows yeast is active. If it is not frothy don't proceed further
Take wheat flour and salt in a bowl.
Add frothy yeast mixture to it and knead to form a dough
Then add oil to the dough.
Knead it nicely for 10-12 minutes till the dough is soft and pliable
Cover and keep it aside for 1 hour or till it doubles in size.
Now punch the dough and knead for 1-2 mins.
Now you can roll the dough to a pizza base. I usually like to have medium-sized pizzas.
Roll the dough into a circle. You can roll them thick or thin according to your preference.
I usually roll them medium. Prick it with a fork so they don't puff up while baking
Transfer the pizza base to the plate.
Heat the Kadai for 4-5 minutes in medium flame.
Then place the pizza base and cook in low flame for 10-15 minutes till the base is a little firm.
Cooldown and store in zip lock covers in the freezer.
Whole wheat pizza base is ready.
Apply pizza sauce, toppings of your choice, cheese, and bake them.
