Ingredients
- 500 gms Chicken
- 2 big onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 3 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp salt
- Curry leaves to garnish
- Coriander leaves to garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and finely chopped green chillies. Saute onions nicely till they turn slightly brown
- Add ginger garlic paste and mix nicely till the raw smell disappears
- Then add chicken and mix nicely for 2-3 minutes
- Add salt, pepper powder and garam masala and mix nicely
- Chicken will ooze out water. Allow it to cook nicely stirring occasionally.
- You can add little water for the chicken to cook.
- Allow the chicken to roast nicely in low flame till the oil oozes out
- Finally garnish with finely chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves
- Serve hot with rice or chapathi

You can add more oil for chicken to roast nicely Freshly grounded pepper adds nice taste to the dish You can add 2 tsp extra pepper powder if you like more spice version
