Jeera Rice Recipe | Jeera Pulao | Cumin Rice recipe with step-by-step pictures and instructions. Jeera rice is a quick and easy one pot meal made with basmati rice, ghee and cumin seeds. Cumin seeds is called as Jeera in Hindi and it is very popular in North.
It is an aromatic and flavorful meal with mild spices. It requires only handful of ingredients and made within 20 minutes. I have made it as a one pot meal. You can temper and cook with leftover rice as well.
Serve Jeera rice with spicy gravies like Aloo Makhani, Kadai Paneer, Dal fry, Dal Makhani, or Aloo matar masala. I served it along Aloo Bhindi, Gobi 65, and Chana Bhatura.
