Semiya Biryani is a delicious and flavorful one-pot meal made with semiya and veggies. You can pack this as a lunch box for kids. Add a lot of vegetables, paneer or mushroom too.

I made exactly the way how I make normal biryani and substituted rice with semiya. Serve it with simple raita or any gravy of your choice. I would love to eat on my own. This quick and simple one-pot recipe is easy to make for simple lunch or for guests. Do try and let me know your feedback.
