Semiya Pakoda Recipe | Leftover Semiya balls | Vermicelli Pakora
Ingredients
- Leftover semiya upma 1 cup
- Besan flour 2 tbsp
- Rice flour 1 tbsp
- Salt 2-3 pinch
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
- Cumin Powder ¼ tsp
- Curd 1 tbsp optional
- Curry leaves handful finely chopped
- Coriander leaves handful finely chopped
Instructions
- Take leftover semiya upma in a bowl.
- Add flours, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and salt to it.
- Mix it nicely and add curd.
- Bind together the mixture and form a thick dough.
- Add finely chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves to it and mix.
- Make small balls or shape them as vada
- Repeat the same for the rest of the dough.
- Heat oil and fry them till golden.
- Semiya pakoda is ready. Serve them with sauce or any chutney of your choice.
