The challenge for this month in Shhh Secretly cooking challenge FB group is Exotic Biryani and Pulao suggested by Swati. She made my favorite Kathal Biryani. Don’t forget to check out her amazing baking recipes. I have bookmarked her Sheermal bread to try soon.
My partner for this month is Poonam who blogs at annapurna. Her blog is a treasure trove to so many North Indians and authentic recipes. She has some amazing thali and bhog like chappan bhog and the list goes on. I gave her shah jeera and bay leaf and she made Matar Paneer pulao. She gave me star anise and curd and I made this delicious Aloo Dum Biryani.
