Rasam Powder | Homemade Rasam Powder recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Learn how to make rasam powder in home. Rasam is integral part of any South Indian household. Rasam powder is flavorful spice powder used to make any type of rasam. I make rasam almost daily since my daughter always eat only rasam rice.
Rasam powder comes handy when you want to make quick rasam. It will add lot of flavor and taste. My mom used to make in bulk and give it to me. I reduced the quantity and made it after coming here. This recipe yields around 100 grams of rasam powder. You can increase or decrease the quantity of ingredients according to your choice. You can add dried curry leaves if you have them. I skipped since it is expensive here.
