Besan Ladoo recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Learn how to make easy and simple Besan Ladoo for Diwali and other festivals. Every year I try some different sweets for Diwali. This year I bought besan flour and want to try something with that. Ladoo strike my mind but can't do Boondi ladoo alone with kids. So thought of trying this besan ladoo which is simple and easy to do. Within half an hour we can make the ladoo. Roasting the besan is important step in this recipe.

Besan Ladoo recipe
Ingredients
- Besan flour 150 grams or 1 ¼ cup
- Sugar 150 grams
- Ghee ½ cup
- Cashews 8-10
Instructions
- Take granulated sugar in mixer.
- Grind to fine powder and keep it ready.
- Heat ghee in kadai
- Add the besan flour
- Mix nicely without lumps and saute
- Saute nicely for 10-15 minutes till raw smell of besan goes.
- Switch off the flame and allow it to cool for sometime.
- After cooling add the powdered sugar and mix.
- Add the chopped cashews and mix.
- Grease your hands with ghee and shape the ladoos.
- Enjoy the yummy and melt in the mouth besan ladoo.

How to make Besan Ladoo with step by step pictures
