Eral Murungakai kuzhambu | Prawn Drumstick curry recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Learn how to make spicy and tangy prawn drumstick curry. Drumstick and brinjal generally goes well with karuvadu(dried fish). Generally I do gravy or fry with prawns. One day I was looking to make something different with prawns and made this curry with drumstick. Flavor of drumstick adds nice aroma and taste to the curry. You can also make this semi gravy type without adding water and you can skip coconut too and make it simple. It goes well with rice. Photos are taken with two different mobile phones so you see little color difference.

Like Fish Curry, this also taste good next day.
I always prepare tamarind extract and keep it fridge. It will be medium consistency neither too thick nor too thin. you can use lemon size tamarind to make extract for this curry.
Adjust the spice powders according to your taste.
You can try with Brinjal instead of Drumstick
