    Fruit Salad | Easy Fruit Salad recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Learn how to make fruit salad with lemon honey dressing. Bowl of fruit salad is so healthy and nutritious for breakfast. It is very filling and perfect for summer. You can make colorful salad with fruits of your choice. I have used apple, pomegranate and banana. You can serve this as dessert for parties.

    Kids will get attracted by the colorful fruits. You can use other fruits like strawberry, mango, pineapple, kiwi, blueberries. I used whatever is easily available and I like to eat. Made this bowl of fruit salad for my lunch. This week theme for blogging marathon is one bowl dishes. Dishes which are made in one bowl or served in a bowl. I misread as one pot dishes and made few of them. Then realized it is one bowl dishes and made this salad.

    Fruit Salad | Easy Fruit Salad recipe

    Learn how to make fruit salad with lemon honey dressing.

    Ingredients

    • Apple 1 small
    • Pomogranate 1
    • Banana 1
    • Cashews 6
    • Badam 3-4
    • Lemon juice from ½ lemon
    • Honey 2-3 tsp

    Instructions

    • Wash and clean the fruits.
    • Cut the apples as cubes and take in a bowl
    • Add pomegranate and slice the bananas
    • Then add the lime juice
    • Finally add the honey
    • Toss everything together and add nuts.
    • Serve immediately

    Notes

    You can use other fruits like oranges, strawberry, raspberry, cherries, mango, pineapple.
    Adjust the lime juice and honey according to your taste.
    You can add any nuts of your preference or skip them
    Always prepare and serve them fresh

    How to make Fruit Salad with step by step pictures

      My mother used to add another layer of custard on top of this fruit salad. The brown and Polaon packet ones...there is a lot of childhood memories associated with this recipe for me :-).

      This is one of my favorite salads. Very colourful and absolutely wonderful to relish on a lazy day.

      I can enjoy fruits in their natural forms but as Rajani mentioned, the Indian style custard or flavorful seasonings like your version make them special.
