Chicken Tikka Masala recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Learn how to make creamy chicken tikka masala. It is marinated pieces of boneless chicken in spicy gravy. Leftover chicken tikka can be used for making this masala. If you have chicken tikka ready this gravy can be done quickly. It goes well with naan, roti or chapati.
Marinate the chicken overnight or longer for juicy and tender chicken tikka. I put it in oven to save the time of frying in pan. You can shallow fry the chicken in pan and use them for masala too. Use cream for rich creamy masala. I always use milk when I am making it in home and use cream when I am making it for guests/parties. This is one the best side dish for parties.
