Chana Chaat | Chole Chaat recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. It is nutritious and healthy chaat recipe prepared using chana. You can use any variety of chana for this recipe. I prepare these kind of chaats to use some leftover chole or chutneys. When you have boiled chana and made the chutney, you can prepare this healthy chaat in 5 minutes.
Preparation of any chaat items is breeze when you have the green and sweet chutney ready. Plan and prepare them one or two days ahead. You can use them and make many delicious chaats. You can make this chaat quickly for evening snacks for kids or adults. When I made chole curry, I reserved few to make this chaat and enjoyed for snacks. It will be very fulfilling for your stomach.

How to make Chana Chaat with step by step pictures
Soak chana for 3-4 hours or overnight and cook them for 3 whistles.
Take the cooked chana in a plate
Top it with finely chopped onions
Then add finely chopped tomatoes
Top it with finely chopped cucumber
Then add sweet chutney
Add the green chutney
Sprinkle some salt, red chilli powder and cumin powder. You can use chaat masala too
Garnish with coriander leaves/Sev and serve.
