Eggless Whole Wheat Tutti Frutti Cake | Tutti Frutti Cake recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Eggless Whole Wheat Tutti frutti cake is simple vanilla cake made with wheat flour with addition of tutti frutti. It is perfect for tea time snacks or for breakfast. You can also give this for kids snacks box to school. Tutti frutti is candied raw papapa which we get in most of the stores. This cake made with whole wheat flour is free of refined sugar too. I used brown sugar while you can use coconut sugar, jaggery or any unrefined sugar.
This recipe is again adaptation from my basic whole wheat cake recipe. We can skip tutti frutti and add nuts or dried fruits too or make it plain. Eggless cakes are always easy to put together without much beating work. You can prepare the cake batter within 15 minutes. It came out so soft, spongy and fluffy. Sending this to Srivalli's Kid's Delight event, guest hosted by Rafeeda themed on Snacks/Bites for Kids.
