Pineapple Sorbet Recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Learn how to make refreshing pineapple sorbet for summer with just three ingredients. Sorbet is frozen dessert made from sweetened water with flavoring. Flavoring can be fruit juice or fruit puree. Simple dessert which can be prepared in 10 minutes and put in freezer for setting. Consistency should be softer than ice pops. There is no artificial flavoring and you will enjoy the natural fruit in every bite. This is first time I am trying Sorbet and I was hesitant how it will come out and family will like it or not. My brother tasted it and told me it is one of the best dessert and I was so happy with the outcome. Planning to try it with some other tropical fruits too.

Saw this pineapple sorbet recipe which was so easy to make and I also had some pineapple in stock. So quickly made it and everyone enjoyed eating them.

Pineapple Sorbet Recipe
Ingredients
- Pineapple 1 cup roughly chopped
- Sugar 2 tbsp or as required
- Lemon juice from one small lemon
Instructions
- Cut the pineapple chunks and extract juice from lemon.
- Take pineapple chunks, sugar and lemon juice in blender.
- Blend them to smooth puree
- Transfer them to freezer safe container
- Freeze in fridge for 8 hours or overnight till it is set
- Scoop them and serve it chill with few pieces of pine apple chunks on the top.
