I have bookmarked her interesting lonavali ice cream to try for this summer.
I gave her rose essence and cardamon and she made delicious malai kulfi. She gave me raw mango and sugar and I made this popsicle. I never tried desserts with raw mango usually make only with ripened mangoes. When she gave me raw mango, was thinking about what to make, then suddenly got the idea of aam Panna very popular summer drink in North India. Used the same base and made the popsicles.

Raw Mango Popsicle Recipe | Raw Mango Mint Popsicle | Aam Panna Popsicle
Ingredients
- Raw Mango 1 big/ 2 cups heaped
- Mint leaves ¼ cup
- Black salt ¼ tsp
- Roasted cumin powder ½ tsp
- Ginger ½ tsp finely chopped
- Sugar ½ cup
- Water 2 cups
Instructions
- Wash and peel the skin of the raw mangoes
- Remove the seed and roughly chop them.
- Add 1 cup of water and allow it to boil for 3-4 minutes till soft.
- Allow it to cool down and take in a mixer.
- Add fresh mint leaves, ginger, black salt, and roasted cumin powder to it.
- Then add sugar to the mixture.
- Grind them to smooth paste.
- Add 1 more cup of water to adjust consistency.
- Fill the popsicle mold and close it with a lid.
- Freeze them for 8 hours or overnight.
- Slightly run them through water and demould them.
- Enjoy the raw mango popsicle.

How to make Raw Mango Popsicle with step by step pictures
