Biscuit Cake is one of the easy and simple cake made with just 3 ingredients biscuit, milk and baking soda/eno. You can easily put together the cake batter in 5 minutes. I always have some leftover biscuits which I will use to make this cake. I used combination of good day, oreo, chocolate biscuits, milk biscuits for the cake. You can use any type of cream or normal biscuit. Sugar in the biscuits will be enough. If you use only marie or any digestive biscuits you can add some powdered sugar for sweetness. Add milk to form thick pouring consistency batter and then add some raising agents like eno, baking soda or baking powder.

Ingredients
- Biscuits 300 grams
- Milk 1 cup + 2 tbsp
- Baking soda 1 tsp
Instructions
- Roughly break the biscuits and take in a mixer.
- Grind to fine powder.
- Take the biscuit powder in the bowl.
- Add baking soda to it and mix
- Slowly add milk to it
- Mix to form smooth batter.
- Grease the tin with butter and dust it with little flour.
- Fill the tin till ¾ and tap to release air.
- Heat pan and place plate with holes in it, close the lid and preheat for 5 minutes.
- Then place the cake tin in the kadai.
- Close it with lid and bake in low flame for 30-35 minutes till tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool down completely and then slice as pieces and enjoy.
- Biscuit cake is ready

How to make Biscuit Cake with step by step pictures
