If you suddenly carve for something sweet you can prepare these mug cake in 5 minutes. You can make these for breakfast or evening snacks for kids. You can enjoy this cake guilt free as it is free of refined sugar and flour. I made these using wheat flour and powdered jaggery as sweetener.
I made these cake in ramekins to suit my theme of one bowl dishes. You can make them in mug using microwave in 1-2 minutes. You don't have microwave and want to make this yummy and healthy cake. Don't worry you can simply make these in streamer or your idly pan or cooker. Only thing is it will take time to bake. Since I don't have microwave I baked in my steamer without using water. It came out so soft and moist.

How to make Chocolate Chunks Mug Cake with step by step pictures
Take milk and powdered jaggery in a bowl
Mix it nicely till jaggery is dissolved. Add oil and vanilla essence to it and mix
Then add wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda
Mix it nicely without forming lumps
Now add chocolate chunks and mix
Grease the ramekins with butter.
Pour the prepared batter to ramekins.
Heat the cooker or any pan. I used my steamer. if you are using cooker, use the plate with holes at the bottom and preheat for 5 minutes in medium flame.
Place the ramekins in streamer and bake in low flame for 20-25 minutes.
