Soya Chunks Biryani Recipe | Meal Maker Biryani | Soya Biryani recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Soya Chunks Biryani is easy and delicious one pot biryani prepared using soya chunks in pressure cooker. Soya Chunks is rich in protein and good alternative for vegetarians instead of meat. It is also called meal maker. I like it a lot and use it in curry, gravy, biryani, cutlets etc.
I usually make the same way as I do Vegetable Biryani. You can make it quickly when veggies are not in stock. Serve it with simple raita or any gravy of your choice. Its been so busy with festival season this month so I am not regular in posting. Will try to be regular from next week. Now let's check how to make this quick and simple one pot meal.
