Chicken Salna | Chicken salna for Parotta/Chapati | Street food recipe

Chicken Salna | Chicken salna for Parotta/Chapati | Street food recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Chicken salna is one of the popular side dishes for parotta. It is so famous in road side shops in tamilnadu where they serve flaky parottas. Nothing can beat the taste in road side shops. I always love fried rice, noodles and parotta from road side shops than hotels. Freshly grounded masala adds unique taste to salna.
Long back after marriage I first tried making vegetable salna and parotta and it was huge hit in home. I don’t remember from which website I got the recipe but have made many variations as I cook every time. Chicken salna also I make in similar way and it goes well with chapati/roti too. You can use this salna for making kottu parota and it taste so yummy. I always pressure cook as it is easy. You can allow it to boil in kadai till oil oozes out.
