It is so simple to put together. Add spices according to your preference. I make most of the time simple without any tempering. Sometimes add tadka to the pachachi. Ingredients
- Curd 3/4 cup
- Cucumber 3/4 cup
- Salt as required
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- Take curd in a bowl and whisk nicely.
- Add chopped cucumber to it.
- Then add salt, pepper powder and chaat masala.
- Mix everything together till combined.
- Cucumber raita is ready.
Notes
You can add finely chopped green chilli
You can also do simple tadka instead of making it plain.
Cucumber will leave lot of water so don't prepare ahead.
Add cucumber just before serving.
