Fish Cutlet Recipe | Sri Lankan Fish Cutlet | How to make Fish Cutlet recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Fish Cutlet is simple and easy snack recipe made using fish. You can use any variety of big fish for making these cutlets. I tasted these cutlets in Sri Lanka for first time. They usually use tin fish for making these cutlets. It is one of the most common snacks available in outlets in Sri Lanka. Recipe is quite similar to way how we prepare other cutlets.
If you don't get tin fish, you can steam the fish, remove the bones, mash and use them for cutlets. You can prepare them ahead and deep or shallow fry them as required. Perfect for any parties/guests. With this recipe we are completing third week of mega blogging marathon. Next week is going to be snacks from different states. Stay tuned to some interesting recipes.
