Mushroom Manchurian | Mushroom Manchurian dry recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Mushroom Manchurian is Indo Chinese dish where deep fried mushrooms are mixed with sauces. It makes a good starter for parties or potluck. We can make it dry or semi gravy. We always like to have it dry as snacks or starters.
Mushroom is loved by my kids so I always end up making something with mushroom. We can deep fry or shallow fry the mushrooms. It goes well with fried rice or noodles as well as chapati/roti. Base of most manchurian recipes are same and we can adjust the sauces as per our preference.

How to make Mushroom Manchurian with step by step pictures
Wash and dry the mushrooms.
Cut them into half and keep it ready.
Take rice flour, maida, salt, pepper powder and red chilli powder.
Add little water and mix into thick paste
Add the mushrooms and mix nicely till paste is combined with mushrooms.
Heat oil and fry the mushrooms till golden
Drain them in kitchen tissue
Finely chop the garlic and green chillies. Cube the onions and capsicum and keep it ready.
Heat oil and add the finely chopped garlic and green chillies.
Once it browns add the cubed onions and capsicum
Saute nicely and add soya sauce, tomato sauce, vineger, salt and pepper powder
Mix and saute for 1 minute and add fried mushrooms.
Mix nicely till everything is combined and check the seasoning.
Garnish with spring onions and serve
Yummy Mushroom Manchurian is ready.
