    SHHH COOKING SECRETLY CHALLENGE

Challenge for this month in Shhh Secretly cooking challenge FB group is Summer salads suggested by Kalyani. Check out the Barley Summer Salad  and many more traditional, vegan and gluten free recipes in her blog. I wanted to make multi grain salad for the theme but somehow it didn't happen and finally settled with this tropical salad.

My partner for this month is salad queen Archana who blogs at themadscientistskitchen. Her blog contains lot of healthy, diet friendly recipes. I gave her vinegar and chaat masala as secret ingredients and she made the lip smacking Pasta Salad. She gave me Mustard and oil as secret ingredients and I made this simple pineapple mango salad.

I am not too much of salad person. Always make some simple salad for me with limited dressing. First time I tried mustard and really liked the flavor and taste. I should thank Archana for giving me mustard and also clearing all my doubts about using it. Without further delay let's check out the recipe.
