Cauliflower stir fry Recipe | Gobi fry | Simple Cauliflower roast recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Learn how to make quick and simple cauliflower stir fry. Cauliflower is simply roasted with red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. I add little corn flour/rice flour to make it crispy. I make this so often by my kid lunch box as cauliflower is one of the very few veggies she eat.

How to make Gobi fry with step by step pictures
Take 1 medium cauliflower, clean the florets.
Boil the florets in hot water for 3-4 minutes.
Drain the cauliflower and keep it aside.
Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and corn flour to blanched cauliflower.
Mix everything together
Heat oil and add the marinated cauliflower.
Stir and roast in medium flame till it is done.
Cauliflower stir fry is ready. Enjoy them as snacks or as side dish.
