Idli Dosa Batter Murukku | Murukku with Idli Dosa batter | Mini Murukku recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Idli dosa batter murukku is crispy and crunchy snack made with idli dosa batter and roasted gram dal. It is weekly routine to prepare idli dosa batter in most of the South Indian homes. So next time when you make the batter, reserve some and make murukku.
I got this recipe from my friend kavitha. Use fresh idli dosa batter for good taste. Fermented one may not taste good. Batter should be thick otherwise we may end up adding more roasted gram dal. Its my contribution to bi monthly event in Healthy Wealthy Cuisines facebook group where group of bloggers will be posting on particular theme. Current theme is #DiwaliTreatsAtHW.
