Vazhakkai Bajji Recipe| Raw Banana Bajji | How to make Bajji recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Vazhakkai Bajji is crispy fritters made using Besan, corn/rice flour with spices and raw banana. Raw banana is known as vazhakkai in tamil. It is one of the popular snack which you can find in any south indian tea stalls or road side shops. We always carve for these bajji during rainy days with hot cup of Coffee/Tea. Prepare and enjoy these easy and yummy fritters during monsoon season.
Many of them use ready made bajji bonda mix to prepare bajji. But preparing from scratch is so easy and it takes less than 15 minutes to prepare this batter when you have besan and corn flour/rice flour ready. Batter is very universal and we can use it to prepare any variety of bajji or bonda.
