Shallow fried Paneer Recipe | Easy Paneer fry
Ingredients
- Paneer 150 grams
- Salt as required
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder ¾ tsp
- Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
- Garam masala ¼ tsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Cut the paneer as cubes. Soak in warm water if you are using a store-bought paneer.
- Take salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and corn flour in a bowl.
- Sprinkle little water and form a thick paste.
- Add paneer cubes to it.
- Marinate and evenly coat the paneer
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the paneer.
- Flip them and cook till golden.
- The shallow fried paneer is ready.

How to make easy paneer fry with step by step pictures
Cut the paneer as cubes. Soak in warm water if you are using a store-bought paneer.
Take salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and cornflour in a bowl.
Sprinkle little water and form a thick paste.
Add paneer cubes to it.
Marinate and evenly coat the paneer
