Ingredients
- Papdi 5
- Curd ⅓ cup
- Red chutney 1 tbsp or as required
- Green chutney 2 tbsp or as required
- Sweet chutney 2 tbsp or as required
- Salt as required
- Onion 2 tbsp finely chopped
- Tomato 2 tbsp finely chopped
- Boiled potatoes 3 tbsp
- Chaat masala to sprinkle
- Sev as required
Instructions
- Prepare the chutneys, veggies and papdi. Whisk the curd and keep it ready.
- Place the papdi in a plate.
- Add the onions, potatoes, and tomato on top of it.
- Add whisked curd on top of it.
- Then add red chutney
- Next add green chutney
- Next add the sweet chutney
- Sprinkle some salt and chaat masala.
- Garnish with sev and serve.
- Yummy dahi papdi chaat is ready.
