Buckwheat Poori Recipe | Kuttu Ki Poori | How to make Buckwheat Poori recipe with step-by-step pictures and instructions. It is a delicious and fluffy flatbread made with buckwheat flour. Buckwheat flour is mostly consumed during fasting in North India and it is gluten-free too.
Buckwheat belongs to a group of foods commonly called pseudocereals. It has become popular as a health food due to its high mineral and antioxidant content. I have used wheat flour along with buckwheat flour so it is easy to roll. To make it gluten-free you can skip wheat flour and add boiled potatoes for binding. Serve it with Bengali dum aloo, Creamy broccoli butter masala, or simple onion tomato masala.
