Makhana Mixture Recipe | Makhana chivda | Phool Makhana chivda recipe with step-by-step pictures and instructions. Makhana mixture is a crunchy and delicious snack made with phool makhana, nuts, and spices. It is also called fox nut or lotus seeds in English and it has numerous health benefits. It is so popular in North India and mostly consumed during Fasting.
I usually make roasted makhana for kids' snacks. This is a modified version of the same with different nuts. Making this is in an air fryer makes it so quick and easy. You just need ten minutes to make these crunchy snacks. Make a big batch and store it in an airtight container. Enjoy them whenever required.
