Roasted Broccoli Recipe | Baked Broccoli recipe with step by step pictures and instructions. Broccoli is marinated with basic spices and slowly roasted. I baked them in oven but you can shallow fry them in stove too. Broccoli has lot of health benefits and contains vitamin C and vitamin K. It belongs to cabbage family and looks similar to cauliflower. It is so simple and quick recipe which can be prepared in less than 30 minutes.
We can also make fry, poriyal or masala with broccoli. This is perfect for snacks, starters or as side dish with rice. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference and add little some grated cheese while baking to enhance the taste. How to make Roasted Broccoli with step by step pictures
Clean and wash the broccoli and dry them.
Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt, oil and Italian seasoning to broccoli
Marinate and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Line them in baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 225 C for 10 minutes and bake in the same temperature 10-15 minutes till roasted.
Check and flip the Broccoli after 10 minutes.
Roasted Broccoli is ready. Serve them hot
