Roasted masala cashews are a spicy, quick, and healthy snack made with cashews and spices. You can shallow fry, bake or make in an air fryer. It gets ready in less than 15 minutes.
I have shared both stovetop, oven, and air fryer methods in this post. Making in oven/air fryer is obviously so easy as no supervision required. You can stock up the masala roasted cashews in an airtight container for 2-3 weeks. Addition of spices in our choice. I kept the spices level low for kids.

Ingredients
- Cashews 2 cups
- Ghee 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Instructions
- Take cashews in a bowl
- Add ghee, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder to it.
- Mix it nicely till everything is coated.
- Preheat the air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
- Place the cashews in the air fryer basket and air fry for 8 minutes shaking the tray in between once.
- Cooldown and store in an airtight container.
- Roasted masala cashews are ready.

How to make Roasted Cashews with step by step pictures
Take cashews in a bowl
